You can get lost with the amount of hotels in Chiang Mai, but I ended up choosing Pai Come because it was so different, and I wanted something unique & more authentic. We stayed in the deluxe double room, and it was very cozy and spacious, and there was a nice seating area in the room and right outside it, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The garden and facilities are beautiful and it’s a really nice atmosphere to be in. It feels like I’m in a small village/resort in the middle of the city. The location is great, a walking distance from the night bazaar & old town. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and made the stay even better.

Super quiet, we stayed on 2nd floor so I could see why other reviews differ with “the quietness” review especially since yes the walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors very very easily. This however is luck of the draw when it comes to who is also staying here at the same time as you…hopefully respectful, quiet natured travelers like we experienced.. Anyways a little oasis within the busy cramped streets of Chang Mai. Great location, right outside old town took about 2 minutes to walk to. Breakfast and pool provided at sister hotels that are 1 minute walk away. Breakfast was phenomenal! Pool is a dipping pool not swimming one

We really loved the accommodation, it felt like a small oasis in the middle of the city. The garden in the courtyard, the super friendly staff and overall experience was just great. Everything in the city is in walking distance, but taxis are also easily available if you prefer not to walk. It is located in a small side street, so away from the hustle of the big streets. However, be aware that the buildings are rather traditional with very thin walls, so you can hear whatever is going on in the rooms around you. We were also able to store our luggage before & after check-in/out, which was a huge plus.

The people, the charm, the comfort, and location. Such a lovely property, small, old style guest house, with a lovely garden and a wonderful vibe. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, just outside the gates to the old city. Easily accessible/walkable to all the necessary amenities. Great coffee bars, a variety of restaurants, markets and shops. The beds are super comfy, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Of particular enjoyment were the staff at Pao Come, who were so welcoming, kind, attentive and caring. Especially Nick, who helped to make my stay here so enjoyable. I look forward to a repeat visit.

We particularly liked the garden and the various seating areas within it. We had some work on computers to catch up on and it was lovely to be able to sit at a table in the garden and do this, rather than be stuck in our room. The breakfast was good, though we did have a short walk to a sister hotel for it. Although I have said above we had a quite room, you could hear the footsteps in the room above on the wooden floor. We were also surprised to find that we had free access to a washing machine when we asked about laundry. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
